First of all, this guy named Pranav Shah from Copenhagen, Denmark offered to sell me his website www.sociotransit.com because he knew that business was going badly for him.  I agreed, so then I transferred the money over to him via Paypal.  Well, the money changed hands, and I was waiting for the site transfer for several weeks.  It is then I learned of this Pranav Shah and his scams.  He's running an investment scam, he stole the idea of his SocioTransit site from someone else, and to top it off, I cannot get my money back because he told me to send the money as friend/family.

Avoid his website, avoid transacting with him and DEFINITELY avoid speaking to this man and his partner and domain owner (which you can use WhoIs to find that guys name).  He will steal your money, he will call you names then run away with your funds!
