Socttsdale Airpark Jeffrey Silvia Manipulative Dishonest Greedy Fishy Scottsdale, Arizona

I went to this dealership in hopes of buying my first car and I have learned a valuable and costly lesson and it is, car salesman have reaffirmed and earned every negative term used to describe them. I came in with a trade and $12500 cash for a new Jeep and after 4 hours of negotiating and extreme pressure I reluctantly succumbed and pulled the trigger. Between all the haggling and aggressive sales pitches, which saw my monthly payment go from $700, to $650, to $589, and finally $539 in the time I could drink a complimentary bottle of water, I left the place with an uneasy feeling. 3 days later I lost my job and asked to return the vehicle. Naturally they declined and I was forced to keep it, which I understood, however the sales rep who sold me the car (Jeffrey Silvia) implored me to look for a job so that their financing department could approve my loan. A week later I got that "approval call" from their financing department describing me the terms of my payment terms all the while as Jeffrey slammed me with texts and phone calls in all hours of the day wondering if I got a new job. In the meanwhile Capital One notified me and stated that I wasn't approved and in no way could I afford the car without a job. 2 weeks past by and I received a call from Jeff's manger, (the guy who gave me 4 different falling monthly payments as soon as he figured I was going to walk out) and asked me to bring back the new Jeep. There's one catch, he already sold my trade in vehicle knowing that I wasn't approved of the loan! That meant I had no car! I asked them to get it back and naturally they said they could not. In addition to not having a cart I looked at my credit report and discovered that these " sales professionals" ran a credit check more than 4 times - not good. I would like to add that if you decide to buy a Jeep and add aftermarket parts, do it yourself and save money! These tricksters double the price and add on ridiculous service fees. My $15,000 in "upgrades" can be had for less than $8K bought online through the same distributors Scottsdale Airpark relies on. The whole experience left me seeking litigation and recompense and I would recommend to everyone to steer clear of these manipulative, and dishonest people. Jeffrey, Brian, Brandon - and all those liars at this dealership, please know that what goes around comes around.

First of all, Joel was very misleading & lied in his complaint.....he FALSELY stated he lost his job three after he came to the dealership....NOT TRUE....He had lost his job prior to coming into the dealership to buy and falsely said he was employed on the finance application, had he said he was not working...I would have explained that we wouldn't be able to get him financing.

Secondly, he stated he was approved from our finance dept...NOT TRUE....we explained the terms of the financing,  we offered him that day, but clearly explained it was subject to bank approval,

We do not sell financing ...we only offer it !!

Thirdly, Joel claimed that we sold his trade vehice/car and after we knew he couldn't get financed....how RIDICULOS is that.....anyone who ever bought a car know the process and clearly he is attempting to mislead the readers again !!

He did get his worthless trade vehicle,   when he finally returned our Jeep, four weeks late, we never sold it...another LIE  !!  When  Joel finally came clean about lying about being employed when he filled out the application, knowing he wasn't employed,  we explained that he couldn't  get financed unless he got a job. I did not hound, call, text & implore him ALL HOURS OF THE DAY  again, NOT TRUE .

All I did was again explained that he needed to be employed  to be eligible for financing and once he secured employment, as he said he had another job lined up, only then would the bank review his application again.

I explained he had very little time...several days to a week at most to get a new job/employment, he said he had a new job lined up and would call me as soon as he got the Good Word !! He did not call in that time frame and we had to chase him to get our Jeep back...4 weeks later !!

In closing, I would like to say that.....we all experince numerous situations in life which lead us to the old saying, there are ...TWO SIDES to Every Story....and I have had COUNTLESS POSITIVE REVIEWS & COMMENTS about my services....it's shame that if you google my name ONLY THIS ONE BAD REVIEW COMES UP !!!

You're right Mr Joel....what comes around ...truly does GO AROUND !!
