I purchased a sofa from this company and within weeks, it began to fall apart. Sagging cushions, bulging springs, mismatched, damaged and stretched fabric. Repeated calls to customer service resulted in numerous visits by a technician but no satisfactory repairs or replacement. Phone calls and letters to their very rude customer service manager and attempts to return the sofa for a refund were ignored for months. However, letters and photos of the sofa to my credit card company, the BBB in Columbus, OH and to the president of the company, Wollard Harris, resulted in a return of the sofa and a full refund. If you have a complaint, don't give up.
