In June of 2005, I purchased over $1,500 worth of living room furniture. As of today, 3/25/2007, I have had to contact a repair person from Sofa Express more than 6 times. Each time, it is the same issue with the couch, the springs continue to give out.

During the past 22 months, I have spoke to numerous customer service people and even the customer service manager. I have left messages for someone to call me to reslove the situation and no one had returned my calls. As of today (3/25/2007), I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB hoping to get this inferior couch settled!

I just had the repair man here 3/22 and it broke again 2 days later! The repair man said that the reason that the couch keeps breaking is because of something that I am doing to it!!! He suggested that I am not sitting on it correctly or am jumping on it! It is completely unacceptable and it shows the lack of customer value in this organization!

I now need a kitchen table and chairs and I know 100% where I will NOT be spending my money!!!!
