tried to enter the code to register my remote thru microsoft and a screen popped up locking my computer until i purchased a program(some kind of spy tool) to keep others from using my personal info .I tried to get out but my computer was locked. I had to purchase the program.for 49.99plus 29.99 plus 19.99 then my computer unlocked and all i had was a icon spy tools which the next day i ran a security scan and it fell off my computer so now i no longer even have the program.
