Softlayer.com IBM Fraudulently erased data of loyal customer Dallas Texas
My company had been a loyal customer of Softlayer.com (IBM) for five years. We have always paid our bills on time, and during that time we spent tens of thousands of dollars with them.
Softlayer.com (IBM) erased our hard drive with perhaps ten thousand hours of work (by dozens of employees) accumulated during that time and costing countiless dollars in damage in man hours and to our brand equity resulting from a single 60 day billing dispute.
They are a horror story of a service provider. Consumers be warned.
