Complaint Review: Softlayer Technologies

Softlayer is not allowing me access to manage domains that have been registered through softlayer. The domains are registered to me and I am not being allowed access to manage the domains that I registered through thier former company "The Planet". Now I am unable to even transfer the domains to another registrar. According to them they say the domains are no longer registered through them but the who is informations say they are. TI am filing complaints with icaan as well. I DEMAND access to the over 25 domain names that I unfortunately registered through this unscrupulous company. Since I am unable to access the domains to get the transfer code they are preventing me from transferring managing and renewing the domains that I paid for. If you are thinking about using softlayer as your registrar I would not recommend it. I currently have filed complainbts with icaan and I am reporting Softlayer to as many fraud reporting agencies as possible. I am also posting this on web hosting forums to make the public aware so that they do not become a softlayer victim like me.
