SoftSell, Sold me software that never work and did not help or refuned any money

Ordered some software from SoftSell and the disks they sent to me did not work when I tryed to load them on the computer. Called Roy at SoftSell and he ship me new disk and they too came in bad After calling Roy again he said it was do to the shipping of them some of the disk had nothing on them. So we tryed to down load them and that did not work becaused he had some problems on his end. Then he told me I need to have a Gold tec Assistance upgrade program so he charged me more money and it has never worked. I have Placed a lot of calls to him and never recived a return call yet to this day. He has moved a has changed his number several times over the last several Years.

I am not sure who this is but would be happy to assist in download (see below),installation, and licensing of any SoftSell system once I verify that you purchased it. I will waive any upgrade fees that may apply as this purchase may be old.

I am sure that if a fee was requested, you must have had it for over a year. When was this purchase made? We have not shipped "disks" sinse the late 1990's.

We have many hundreds of satisfied users for many years and have no wish to rip anyone off.
