Complaint Review: Software for Internet Marketing

I purchased the Google Plus Friend Adder Software (http://gplusadder.com/)

I paid $17.00

I purchased it from JVZOO.

The software would not work.

I contacted the admin, admin@palomascubanas.com , no reply.

I put in a ticket with Paypal.

Paypal closed the ticket because no one logged in and escalated it.

That sounds strange because I logged in and saw no where a place to escalate it.

This has never happened before with Paypal.

Usually, one places a ticket with the Resolution Center and

a refund is given.

Something smells funny here.

Any suggestions?
