Software-HQ I thought I was downloading Adobe they said it was12.00 they billed my card for 70.80 Ohio Ohio
when I googled adobe and went on there site I clicked to download the cost was 12.00 after I put in my information and credit card it was not adobe I emailed them and told them that what they downloaded in my pc was the wrong software and I told them to cancel and that I removed the soft-ware that they did download it was a mess.when I recived my credit card bill they charged me 70.80 .I did call them at 800-7843167 they told me that I loged on to there web-site and I told her it was to cancel and that I removed that software that they put in my pc .I did call my credit card and disputed that charge.I also emailed the better busness in Ohio and filed a complaint I do hope they answer my email .
