Software HQ.Net I wanted to purchase an upgrade in my Adobe Reader. I was lead to believe that the charge was $13.00. I gave the credit card information to purchase it. Then, I get my statement and I notice that I was charged $70.80. This has lead to a stressful argument with my wife and I. I am reporting this to the better bureau of business in Ohio and save my bank statement. Ohio

for something that has ALWAYS been FREE???
Adobe Reader has been FREE for as long as I can remember.
You can download the current Adobe Reader directly from Adobe at
http://www.adobe.com/
Also, Adobe Flash Player is also free from Adobe, so please don't pay anyone for that program either.
I would dispute the charge with your credit card company - what the heck, ya don't have anything to lose.
""I have not noticed any change in my service.""
I don't understand what you mean by this. What change in service were you expecting?
