Software-HQ Ripped me off to the tune of $52.92 Nationwide Internet
Their online page pretends to offer downloads of Adobe software. I paid for what I was made to believe was a software download plus a 3-year support. Instead (after my credit card was billed $52.92), I was re-directed to another website (softpedia), which attempted to extract even more money from me. When I tried to dowload what I though was the software I purchased, I got another product installed on my computer -- a product I had no interest of purchasing or installing. I uninstalled the intruder and resigned myself to having to "eat" my loss. I should have been more careful before making my credit card info available to such unscrupulous internet con artists. Needless to say, Software-HQ ignored my e-mail inquiries and sent me "welcome to ..." automated message instead. Caveat emptor!

I was contacted by the company representative who offered to refund my money, minus $5.99 charge, because of the aparent confusion. I am satisfied with this solution.
