Complaint Review: Software Surplus

Order number is 19232, I ordered software from Software Surplus on 08/13/05 Photoshop Elements 3.0 1 $49.95 Add Insurance: $1.30 Rush Processing: $2.95 Shipping: USPS Priority Mail: $6.95 Sales Tax: $0.00 TOTAL: 1 $61.15, paid extra for rush order. Have not received product and have called them 6 times a day only to get a recording that they are not available at this time call back again. I have emailed a lot of times with no response. I checked my credit card today and they have billed me $61.15. I have saved all my emails I have sent to them. I also emailed today asking that they credit back my credit card and cancel the order again for the third time and no response. I have mailed a letter requesting the same. Not a good company to do business with. Thank you Carol
