Complaint Review: SoftwareDiner Turret

SoftwareDiner, Turret ripoff charged software order to credit card on 21 Oct 05 and has failed to ship order as 31 Oct 05. Chandler Arizona

I have been rippedoff by SoftwareDiner for non-delivery of software ordered on 21 Oct 05. They have processed my order and failed to deliver merchandise as of 31 Oct 05. Orders are stated to be shipped within 2-3 days by USPS Priority Tracking Mail. No tracking number has been sent to date!

I have sent several e-mails to help@softwarediner.com and all I get are recorded E-mails directing me to a Frequently Asked Questions site that contains nothing about the failure to send merchandise.

The only address posted for the company is a Post Office Box 6485 in Chandler, AZ, Zip 85224. This address for SoftwareDiner is posted for returns only.

Creditcard charges for merchandise are paid to Turret LLC, which is a Limited Liability Company. I've checked the Arizona State Government web site and Turret LLC is not a registered company or corporation registered with the state of Arizona. They could be registered in any other state in the USA.
