I purchased quickbooks Pro 2010 from nextag site and used the cheapest company price to buy.  i did not see anything unsusal about the company.  However, I also did not see anything about the company that would indicate it was out of China.  Once I purchased I got a response from a company in China saying they got my order and would be mailing it out.  I received the product within 14 days.  I loaded it onto my computer.I was able to upgrade and use the software that day with no troubles.  A month later i went back into the program to do some more work and I received a message that I had to register the product with intuit and I was to call intuit to get a code.  When doing so, they asked for my license number on the box.  Once I gave that, they told me that i was using a counterfiet copy.   I asked them to explain and intuit just said that the number was invalid in that it was a number already used several times.I tried to research the company i purchased from but they have a screen. They never tell you they are out of country.  It was called TradeOnline and then another name:  softwarejust.com  It is very misleading.  They have a web site that is called softwarejust.com   The prices are CHEAP, and now I know why.  There is no phone number or address on the site. When I emailed tradeonline@hotmail.com, they did respond in a timely manner.  However, they told me to mail it back and they said they would analyze it.  The next email they wrote said that they hoped i could find someone to help me with it so I would not habveto to pay to have it shipped back to China.   They didnt give me the address to mail it back so I emailed again and to my surprise they emailed back with an address and phone number in China.   I used Pay Pal for the purchase.  I filed a complaint with Pay Pal so that this person can not longer use that service to rip people off.  I did not mail the product back to China.   Unfortunately for me, Pay Pal could not refund my money because I discovered the problem after 45 days of purchase.  I don't use the product regularly but if I had discovered a lot sooner, I could have got a refund from Pay Pal.
