Complaint Review: SOFTWARELOT

I paid $497.00 to Mr. Schmidt to purchase software to restore computers after purchasing the program the software turn out to be worthless. After trying to get this software to work for months it started off with Mr. Ryan Schmidt being hard to contact once he got my money by changing his phone number a few times and then not responding to my emails. After contacting BBB and FTC he would not respond to them and also his state consumer protection agency.

The software he is selling, the Windows Reload doesn't work at all and to try to get it to work there is no help after he gets your money he will drop off the face of the earth with everyone who try to contact him like he states, He is also trying to sell his computer business on Ebay also, it is nothing like he promise.
