SOFTWARENOWS.COM DID NOT SUPPLY ITEM PURCHASED Internet

I purchased software from (softwarenows.com) an internet company on Dec. 13. They supplied a shipping tracking # but the shipping Co did not ever receive the package for tracking. December 23 was told the package was lost on way to shipping Co. Was then told another package would be sent.

So far I have not been supplied with new tracking # and I think they have stopped answering my e-mails. I think the internet Co is in Japan or China based on the shipping Co information. I now on (1/1) gave them 3 days to let me know if they will ship, if not, cancel my order and issue refund to my credit card.

I will next contact my credit card Co to see what they can do for me. Based on my experience I would not purchase from this internet company until after I revise this report.

This will teach me from moving away from trusted web site to save a few $s. Amazon if the best ever.

I have no reply to my last e-mail to this company... Tomorrow I will be contacting my credit card company to see what they can do to get a refund of my monies.

I dont want to wait the 3 days... that may be too late.

Do not purchase anything from "Softwarenows.com"
