SoftwarePros Misrepresents itself as selling various software Florida
Major rip off. Misreprents itself as selling software for a subscription fee, but after taking your credit card information and actually charging to your card more than the advertised fee their site simply leaves you at the website of the actual software vendor where you are invited to make a real purchase or try a trial version. I immediatley requested a refund via e-mail. No actual telephone number or mailing address for the company. My CC company made contact by telephone (the number accompanied the charge entry on my statement) but it took several tries. The SoftwarePros rep was extremely rude and refused to offer either a refund or any evidence of their services and pricing to support the charges. Currently under dispute.
