Complaint Review: SoftwarePros

I am a photographer and got a new computer. I was trying to dowload some picture editing software to the computer one night and had to put my card number in for a trial offer of somethig that would allow me to download the software I wanted. The trial offer was for $2.49 and said it would be a one time charge, but when I got my statment there was never a charge on it for $2.49. There was however a charge for $78.90 for software pros. I never heard of them befor and called the number on my statment and left a messege but they never returned a phone call or returned the charges. I have tried to contact them on their website but have not recived anthing back from them. I dont know how they can just go in and take your money like that.
