SOL, Sylvester Oppenehim & Linde, Richard Oppenheim, Jr, Lauren Linde Workplace Retaliation, Refused to pay overtime ($20,000), Slander, Sexual Harassment, Hostile Work Environment Los Angeles California
While the owner Richard Oppenheim has been carrying on an affair with Lauren Linde, and sleeping his way through the staff, he unfortunately got the receptionist pregnant, left his family and moved in with the 17 year old receptionist. Then forced that poor girl to have an abortion.
The police were showing up on a 5150, and he is a trial attorney-talks his way out of it. He made up lies about me and announced to the Law Firm that I was a thief (complete lie) and not to take my calls. then, to hang up on me.
So the company owes me a tremendous amount of money, Oppenheim and Linde remodel their homes in the range of a million dollars as company right offs to the IRS. All this I am witness to, and of course, discrediting me amongst my peers is the only tactic. Linde, jealous, greedy, screams at me and everyone in the office. When they feared the truth coming out: She started harassing my family untill the police were brought in.
He was trying to sleep with me...even touching me and getting aggressive. When I finally said NO! I mysteriously didn't get a pay check. My world just disappeared. The company wouldn't take calls, didn't get paid and charged back Company Credit Card, and I was not the legal responsible party.
This is a LEGAL FARCE Nothing is legit and they are as dirty as can me. Because they are Attorneys, other attorneys don't want the case.

Currently, this Law Firm has created an entire website of lies-absolute hype while they steal from employees, terrorize them the the constant message that they can "go to court endlessly , while their subordinants will have to hire legal councel and be destroyed finacially in the process."
Most recently, the last Attorney with any heart/scruples at all, was publicly ruined for a year. They told everyone in the industry that he was incapable, unqualified....whatever to destroy his carreer. After that he may never have a decent job again..
This place is dirty on every level. A business owner ruining the reputation of of an employee, through gossip or public scrutiny in liable for slander, as well he should be.
So far, they have Vastly committed Tax Fraud, Stolen from their employees, SEXUAL Harassment, Violence and Abuse in the work environment, and wrongful discharge time and time again.
