First off, the man calls himself " The Art the Solar Guy " This man is not a very good business person. He does not tell the clients the truth. He gives very bad service. Does not call back the clients. I could hear him yelling at the young man installing my solatube sky light. Using the F bom all over my house. The MF word. I could not wait till he left my house. Then.....My solatubes had water coming down, all over my house! I called him for help...I had to wait several days before he could find the time to call or come out! The gals in the office are nice. They told me, we gave him the messages. Sorry he is not clling you back. Sorry again.

When he did call back, he tried to say he never got any messages. The office girls never told me, story. Like I was born yesterday. I left a few on his cell phone. So, please Solar Guy. Stop or your nose is going to get real long. I would never use Solarbrite company again! So don't call Solarbrite for a solatube sky light!
You'd be better to stay in the dark!

I was informed on 10/28/08, by my Sister. That I was on this web page of yours. Let's just get a few things Right; I am not this so called "Ellen" I do not know what goes on when you and your installers work in the clients home. I do have a check still coming to me from my July 08 sales. About $700 or so. That and that only would be what I am upset about. But - I have all your e mails telling me a few very unchristian like things; as to how your not, going to pay me. I have more class then to air them on here...I dropped the claim with the Labor board, Because I have longed moved to Texas. Months ago... So why would I be Ellen ??? LOL. That might be some one...But not Me.
Why don't you just leave me alone???

Ellen - if you are a real person. Please come out of hiding - and show us yourself! Hummm; I think Ellen is a little mouse, mad at the world. You Keep all your anger inside...Don't you Ellen...Why? Maybe you need to get help. I will pray for you! Amen.

Hummm. I wonder ? Mr. Meyer, who told you about this web site?? As I Looked over this site - You can say your any one. And talk untrue things about a company. And you just happen to find out in a few weeks? Right after miss Ellen talked about you...Hummm, lets do the math here; I was still trying to get my last check from you. E mailing you. When this "Ellen thing" was going on. I still have the e mails..Why did you not talk to me about this Ellen thing?? That seems very strange. I was trying to meet with you in person. I have nothing to hide from... LOL I am so not Ellen! LOL. What about all the things that kept going wrong in the office? Paper's missing, phones messed up??? Computer messed up??? Messages gone. And you seem to think it was always me...Why - who said it was? I know - maybe it was Ellen! LOL..Things are very clear to me now...Very...Looks to be a lot of backstabbing...
I enjoyed my job, with your company. I loved selling your product. And was doing very well. Have the paper work to show! Till all the ??? strange things started to happen. In the end, the truth always comes out...Right Ellen ?
Well Mr. Meyer - You have "Pigs in your Parlor" You need to pray about who's who's in the zoo...
I will contact you by mail to give you my new address; so I can get my W-2's sent.
And as for the money you owe me - Well at one point, I really needed the money. I do have 2 children. As you very well knew. But the Lord helped me out. And as you stated in both in e mail and voice mail. Your not going to pay me. " I will have to take you to court to get it " I don't why, I worked for it. Why do I have to fight to get it??? You and God have to work that out. I don't want to live my life worried and upset that you did not pay me.. Worry is a sin. And am not going to sin over you or money. God will help me with money. So - I forgive you Mr. Meyer - for all you have said and done to me. Amen. Now - please just leave me alone. Please, Peace be with you.

You can tell this is an ex-employee because she says "He does not tell the Clients the truth". How would a customer have any knowledge of anyone other than her own experience.??????

O.K. Maybe two things. If indeed I Art "The Solar Guy" am in her words
Insulting, pushy, rude. Deceiving. Lazy.

Why would this person have done business with me....It makes no sense. People only deal with people they like.

I would just like to say that this report was not filed by a REAL CUSTOMER of Solar Brite Ltd. Here's how I know:
#1 In all of our files for 2008 We have done NO WORK for any one named ELLEN.

#2 Checking phone message pads back to May there are 2 messages about water and or leaks. #1--from a customer who had an install in 2004 and got some water in during a hail storm and wants us to check and see if there insurance company should have the tube replace due to the hail damage. #2 from a customer who had 4 installs done last fall and just had 5 more installed. One of the domes was not snaped into place correctly and came off. We reinstalled the dome and she has given us refferals since. NOTE: both of these people had trouble with 1 tube not SOLATUBES as mention in this report.

#3 In 15 years Solar Brite has NEVER had 2 tubes leak in the same house. We have had only about 15 leaks total in 15 years

#4 Have you ever complained about something and then pointed out that the Girls in the office were really nice.???? Come on, Doesn't it sound like this report was written by one of those Girls....Probably the one who just quit.

Here's what I am willing to do...Stephanie I mean Ellen if you can produce an invoice # for the work we did in your house and we can confirm it is true that we installed Solatubes that leaked ALL over your house----I will refund your money.!!! through Rippoff Reports.

P.S. I try not to swear and I do sometimes but I don't use the Mother F#@ker word. Thank you in advance for taking the time and reading this rebuttal

I have known Art Meyer for many years now and have helped him in the area of bookkeeping. This report hurts my heart because who ever wrote this did not have the courage to identify who they really are. I have personally seen Art in action and he is a loving and caring individual who loves the Lord with all his heart. Does he have frustrating days? Absolutely! Has he had to deal with very difficult clients? Absolutely! But I have never seen Art be rude to any client. My personal opinion is the person who wrote this report is an employee who doesn't like Art at all and is out to slander his name. Art has been in business for 13 years now and he has thousands of very satisfied clients. In my humble opinion, it's a shame when people will file such horrible reports without identifying who they are. Any of us could say anything we want about someone else if we were mad at them. I have personally seen several employees who worked for Art who were lazy and just didn't like the hard work. My personal opinion is that who ever wrote this very disturbing update is one of those former employees. I can assure you that Art values his employees and customers and has worked extremely hard to build his business. I can assure you that Art will take excellent care of anyone who purchases Solatubes from him. Thanks for allowing me to share my heart. Remember, the rip off report was filed by one very unhappy person so take it for what it's worth. Have a blessed day.
