My experience with Julian Smith (Solar Smith, LLC) was the single worst business transaction in my adult life. From July 2013 until January 2015, Julian Smith consistently communicated a myriad of excuses and misinformation to explain away his incompetence. On several occasions, Mr. Smith caused a complete power outage to my home on one of the coldest days of the year. The power outage was so severe my family had to check into a hotel at 1:08 am in the morning. If that fiasco was not enough he took no responsibility for his actions. Mr. Smith stated "The outback inverter did not perform the way it was supposed to". Unfortunately, I paid Mr. Smith upfront and he did not complete the contract he signed. I would advise anyone reading this review to "NOT" do business with Solar Smith or Julian Smith. Based on my experience, Julian Smith is not a trustworthy person or competent business owner.
