Complaint Review: Solar Source

Solar Source installed a TCT Solar Water Heating System on our roof.  The system failed but had a ten-year guarantee.   Despite repeated promises to help us make a claim on our warranty, Solar Source dragged its heels and finally admitted the manufacturer was going out of business, apparently because of its defective product.  The only relief Solar Source would offer us was a very expensive repair on the system, with no guarantee it would work.
