I called solarshield to reinstall missing vent pipe in bathroom that was omitted when new roof was installed.

I was put on hold numerous times (7) after explaining the reason for the complaint, never was able to talk to anyone there at Solarshield since the complaint was brought to their attention.

I have the problem directed to Tallahassee code enforcment and am now waiting for copies of cancelled checks from my bank which is required to verify the contract was paid, before mailing these complaint forms back to Tallahassee.

Also have had to have a local repairman remove damaged roof sections as a result of Wilma and replace, plus the trim opened up at a corner and had to be made secure with added self tapping screws.

The damaged roof was as a result of hurricane Wilma, was the answer i got from Solarshield, winds here was only 77mph,a former employee of Solarshield informed me that the Solarshield roof is warranted to winds of 150 mph.
