DO NOT DEAL WITH SOLDSMART INTERNATIONAL ON EBAY.

I purchased a barbecue on eBay from Soldsmart that was delivered faulty, broken and un-usable.

I requested a full refund that was rejected. I gave them plenty of opportunity to resolve the issue without any success.

The problems with the barbecue delivered include:

1) 2 of the brackets for the legs are not welded and as such 2 of the legs cannot be attached
2) There are a number of dents in the charcoal holder and the legs are not straight
3) The product is of very low quality build and I can buy a much better product for less than the value I paid for it

Soldsmart also operates two websites namely http://www.soldsmart.biz and http://www.lenycik.com. The company accepts payments under Alex Popyrin Bank: Westpac Bank

Since submitting the original report Soldsmart made contact with me and supplied a full refund and covered all costs I incurred in returning the item.

This issue has now been amicably resolved between myself and Soldsmart.
