Complaint Review: Sole Fitness

After ordering the E95, eliptial machine from Sole Fitness the disappointments bagan. First the company could not tell me when the assemblers would call. Second when they do call and after multiple e mails the unit has an out of box failure and will not power up. After speaking to technical support, and a manager at Sole, a full refund is agreed. Then when the company attempts to remove the unit from my house they refuse as it was assembled, ( by Sole). I think this company is unprofessional and one should consider this saga prior to conducting any business with them.
