Sole Fitness Sole Elliptical, Sole Treadmill Sole Elliptical Won't Honor Return Guarantee with non-working product!
I purchased a new Elliptical from Sole and paid for the full shipping and set-up in my house. I have regretted it ever since!
The original one they shipped out didn't work. Weeks of sending on people to fix it and nothing. I wanted to return it and they offered an upgraded version and I gave them another chance... Guess what? The upgraded version is also a lemon and they have dragged their feet for over a month to get someone to come out and fix it. It have been over 4 months and I have not had a single day in which I have had a worked product.
But, now they are refusing to return it!!! They say, that since I am out of the 30 day return period (even with a mountain of documentation that I have never once had a working machine) they won't return it.
What they don't tell you is: They will drag their feet on getting someone out to fix the problem well past the 30 day guarantee and then tell you it can't be returned!!
If you are considering a Sole product, STOP! Run Away! You'll get more exercise clicking to a different site than you will with their constant stream of non-working products! Absolute scam!
I gave them so many chances to make it right and they would rather screw over a customer than do the right thing!
