Soleil Tanning Salon, Albany CA Paid for One Year Package, they Shut Down, took my money Albany California
I paid for a years worth of tanning, this was in 2016. A few months later they had closed shop, without notice and did not refund money for months that were left on contract. A total rip off. They had two other salons, one in Berkeley and one in Oakland. This is wrong for so many reasons.
