Mr Snapir came reccomended through someone in my BNI networking group. I should have checked further refreances. He failed to finish work, demanded more money. Sent threatening letters to neighbors and co workers. He is just crazy. I was contacted by another client who sued him and was informed that he has a judgment against him. Mr snapir and and his associate Mr Kabes have a history of defrauding clients, constantly changing company names every two years.

Attached is the judgment against them, I have filed against there bond and am currently in litigation. Beware before you get stuck in a contract with them. My attorney advised that they should have a bond large enough to cover the project, I found out later there bond was only $15,000, barely enough to cover the $200,000 project that is half way done.

Barak Snapir AKA Brad Snapir is a fraud and a criminal, a search of the county clerks page shows the numerous lawsuits Mr Snapir has been a party too. Including to Restraining Orders that have been granted against him. Beware this man is a nut job and nothing but trouble

THIS "REPORT" WAS WRITTEN BY A VINDICTIVE EX ASSOSIATE, A FELON, WHO WAS FIRED FOR EMBEZZLEMENT:
Escaping Atlanta GA, following the embezzlement of funds from his previous business associates, to the tune of $600,000.00, and after several convictions and arrests in the state of GA, among them, for impersonating an officer and threatening a witness, Christopher Grzegorzewski AKA Christopher Winters fled to a rehab in Los Angeles, and then worked as a clerk, for three years, all while defrauding the state of GA by claiming unemployment and collecting food stamps .
After being fired from his clerk position at a furniture outfit, during September of 2016, Christopher Winters manipulated his way into becoming an associate with Solid Design + Build and Solid Roofing Inc. and during a very short time was able to siphon company funds, again, from clients into his own personal bank account, demanding that clients would write checks to him personally all while representing himself as a “partner” with Solid Roofing Inc. A police report for embezzlement and grand theft has been filed, with the West Hollywood Sheriff department, as well as five small claims lawsuits are pending against Christopher Winters, of which he already lost the first one. Contractor State License Board has been notified.
Adding insult to injury, Christopher Winters managed to manipulate a seemingly corrupt councilmember into endorsing him for a position as a “commissioner” at the West Hollywood Historic Preservation Commission, a position no convicted felon should hold.
Christopher Winters is a manipulator and a fraud;
he has no professional license of any kind, nor does he hold workers compensation or liability insurance for the unlicensed work he provides.
