I am writing simply to caution those booking this company to INSIST THAT THEY HAVE THEIR DJ/VIDEOGRAPHER's contact information at least 30 days ahead of their event. I myself am a subcontractor (information has been changed to protect my identity).

Example of what I am refering to:

I did not get information on a wedding reception (client contact information) until less than 7 days prior to the event. When I finally got in touch with the bride/groom they had informed me that they had cancelled the services provided by ASGS and booked another firm.

In attempt to gain further information on many events it takes 3 or 4 days to get a reply.. and that is via email.

The sales staff DOES NOT KNOW what equipment the assigned DJ has, nor are they able to verify any other information about the DJ's. (ex languages spoken, amount of experience... you get the idea)
