Ordered watch and paid via site on Oct 2. Touted 19 day delivery and sent email on day 15 as haven't even gotten tracking info. Got the following response dispute: " what charge sir? your card was never charged please check you statement the orders take 2-3 weeks and we usually charge during the process we will go ahead and cancel the order and sell it to someone else as you seem like impatient american customer Thanks but no thanks Tom , Cust Service solidswiss @countermail.com" The charge is on my statement but disputing with fraud dept. Also pics on his site are claed to be his own but are stolen from Rolex.com. check deep-sea challenge movement photo on their site then compare to rolex's actual deep-sea article. FRAUDULENT! BUYER BEWARE
