I placed a 360 dollar order online on 9/10/08 for 5 pairs of shorts. Add on the 30% off code and even though Im from MA, my $228 order jumped nearly $30 with tax (whole other story). After one item out of stock, I finally recieved the other 4 pairs within the next few weeks. Only 2 of them fit and I ended up returning the others the first week of October.

I called SOlis Customer Service on 10/22 to check on my refund. I was given some runaround about it taking 2 billing cycles to post a refund (ironically at this point i would be unable to dispute with VISA...) and it would be there by 12/22/08.

Well it is now 1/2/09 which is roughly 3 months since I returned the items. They have not responded to calls or emails. I called today and ironically spoke with the same guy I did originally (could not forget that voice...) and now his story was that Solis "no longer has my credit card information" (yet they never bothered to call, email, or contact me to inform me of this.

I was then prompted to the odd task of giving my credit card info OVER THE PHONE so they could process my order. Of course I was assured this would be brought "right over to billing" but i wont hold my breath.
