Complaint Review: Solo Communications

Solo Communications Found strange charges on July's AT&T bill not subscribed too. Contacted ph# listed to question charges & the service wasn't authorized. Internet

Noticed some strange and excess charges on our AT&T bill for month of July which my wife and I have no knowledge subscribing to.

Contacted the company making the charges (Solo Communications)and they said we signed up for Internet services for fax, voicemail other stuff, of which we can't recall. 

This is odd since I have a personal fax machine set up on seperate AT&T phone line and receive a seperate bill for it. Another problem is the home and mobile phones are listed in my wifes maiden name and she does not go near a computer to get on the internet. 

My E-Maile address was used along with the home phone number so it is very confusing. Went to Solo web sight and was unable to get into their billing procedures to see what the charges were for.  Basically got the web site run around.
