Complaint Review: SOLO COMMUNICATIONS

This company is charging us for unauthorized 'vmail' services. They did not check the identity of the individual ordering this service. They just started billing our AT&T account for these services. Their phone is answered without any identification as to whom you have reached. "Danita" informed us that we, Peter Boynton' must have ordered these services. Since we are not this individual nor know him we told her there was an error. We were then informed credits will show up on our account in '1 or 2' billing periods, but meanwhile we must pay 'our' bill. This is a nice scam that allows a company to collect money for services not requested, have free use of such money for several billing periods and then finally(?) returning it.
