Solomon's intake rep. (Jordan Hanna) was asked specific questions regarding the fact that we needed a PA settelment attorney who was capable of appearing before a FEDERAL DISTRICT JUDGE, to step in and continue my brother's case. This step follows the completed EEO process!
After sharing information with Jordan regarding the case, which enpowered him with the knowledge that a Right to Sue notice had been issued--he charged me $275.00 for a consultation with an EEO attorney--we were beyond the EEO process-- in addition, the attorney we spoke with was NOT licenced to work in PA...?
THIS WAS A WASTE OF $275.00!!! IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE DC -- SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
