Complaint Review: Solomon & Sons Relocation Services

Our move left Miami to Texas, the afternoon we waited for the move at home became a nightmare ... not to mention that it was a day before Thanksgiving we called to know approximately what time they would arrive! And Monica's response was that the truck had had an accident because the ground was wet !!!! Then they would call!

They know it's ruining a Christmas and a New Year's Eve to be in nothing! From personal items like clothes, shoes, watches to furniture TVs and everything that a home carries !!! After a week we had to travel from Texas to Miami to do the company in person, only to receive from them the police report. Which caused us an extra expense! Flights, hotel and car rental.

They lied to us that morning telling us that the insurance could compensate us with a minimum of $ 10,000. Which in our move the least we lost was $ 50,000! Eye: not to mention that my husband has a military career of 20 years and his medals were recognitions and all our documentation !!! You entrust your stuff to Solomos and they in turn connect with another company to finish sending us to Texas !!!!

In the middle of this we are talking about it was at the end of November and we are almost February !!! To make our nightmare a bit shorter the insurance finally seems to say that everything is total loss and that we can go up to Corsicana Tx. Where the accident happened! I will add photos of how we lost everything and ruined our lives!
