On 9-16-16 I placed an order with Soloshot, INC online, for a Soloshot3 (tripod lite and opt65). $858.10. My order stated it would be shipped fall of 2016. On 12-16-16 I received an email asking about customer service. ?? I replied asking where my camera was at? They stated having difficulities and it will be Feb or Mar of 2017 but not sure. On March 31, 2017 I received another email stating more difficulties? Estimated ship dates are now 5-15 to 6-3-17 since I ordered last Sept. Well June 30, I received another email stating more difficulties! No estimated ship date? So I reply back to them and request my money to be paid back NOW!.  As of now I do have a email stating they are suppose to refund my money. This is my question and concern. First of all how can a business say we selling this and don't even have it ready to sell. So, they take $858.10 from lets say 10 people. Wow they invest that money and make money. Wow, while me buying this gift for my mother and to say an expensive gift, I am on limited funds which means I pay my cc every month, yet I have to pay extra charges for the last 9 months which to say I have paid for it plus interest and have nothing. Soloshot has held my money for 9 months and made how much? Go figure!! Just to say I am not happy with them. It is a sorry thing for companies to be able to do this. Sell a product without having it.
