This company has no morals a complete scam!!!!

I placed an order with Solution-lens.com on February 3rd, 2014.  The items were to be included in prize bags for an event I was having March 1st, 2014.

I did not receive the items and contacted the company via there website to advise this and was provided with a tracking number:  RR026740715TH.  After a few more weeks the package was never received and the tracking information (because it was international shipping) wasn't available. I contacted them again as the event date was moving closer and never received a reply from them via email or their own online system.

 

I ended up purchasing from another online co: geocolouredlens.com and had to pay an additional $15 for expedited shipping.

I still had not heard from solution-lens.com.  

On March 5th, I opened a dispute/claim with Paypal for a refund as I had still not received the merchandise.  I received the following email from solution-lens customer service on March 11th, 2014:

On Tuesday, March 11, 2014 12:56 PM, Clients Customer Service wrote:

Dear customer,

Thank you for your message.

We are very sorry that you haven't received your order and will send you a new one but please close the Paypal dispute first as we cannot take the risk that this order will be refunded in case it is delivered after Paypal allowed delay.

So the tracking number they sent to PayPal was not the same tracking number they provided me with REAL TRACKING #: RR026740715TH vs. FAKE TRACKING #: RR026756582TH.  
 
Curious I tracked the fake tracking number provided and USPS Tracking showed that there was a delivery delivered to zipcode 11434 on February 22nd, 2014:

So Instead of this company doing the correct thing and offering me a refund, they decided to lie to PayPal and provide them with a fake tracking number (RR026756582TH).  The fake tracking number.  And the tracking number provided isn't even delivered to my zip code.  I am in an appeal with PayPal now over this and have provided them with all the information including emails from this company.  

I find it absolutely incomprehensible that instead of refunding me a simple $40 this company actually went out of their way to deceive PayPal!  The company cannot claim the incorrect tracking number sent was a mistake.  On March 11th, 2014 they apologize, for my not receiving it, in their email. Yet the delivery date on the fake tracking number provided was February 22nd, 2014.  They clearly were aware that that was not my package and lied to PayPal just to get out of giving me a refund.

I understand mistakes, I understand shipping issues...what I can't understand is a company that intentionally tries to scam/swindle/deceive its customers.  They actually took the time to find another customer order that was being shipped to the same city as me to intentionally provide PayPal with a false tracking number.

This company needs to be avoided at all costs.  There are tons of HONEST companies out there, no need to do business with shady morally corrupt individuals.
