I purchased their solar generator over 1 year ago and I conditioned batteries as instructed. The panel does not charge or work unless plugged into power. So it is useless. I live in Florida so I have plenty of sunshine. I contacted the company on several occasions and was always told something I needed to do to fix it. It does not work. I did everything I was told and after getting upset with the company, they never answered any of my emails again. This company takes your money but does nothing for you after the sale.
