Tampa,
Florida,

Glad I didn't activate the card I received from these goons today.

I received a card to "activate" at the 800 number these people provide for a credit limit of up to $6500 that would come with a $99 annual fee charged within 2 months of activation.

Thank God I took the time to do my research and not fall into this scam. I am going to go cut up this never-to-be-activated card they sent me and stash the letter that came along with it away in case these people try to go over my head and take my money without my consent.

I wonder how I got on their mailing list anyway and if they have any way of accessing my bank account or other credit card account information wihout my consent?

Can we say class action lawsuit if this is really happening and they do it to me?
