Somerset Chrysler Jeep - Cheap AFTERMARKET leather and heated seats installed on Jeep Sahara when purchased instead of coming from FACTORY Somerset Massachusetts
On April 25th I purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sahara from Somerset Chrysler Jeep for $37.000. When I picked up the Jeep on May 2. I noticed and pointed out to the salesman that sold me the car that the generic leather seats did not have Sahara stiched on the head rest. He said to me that they come that way. I paid for the Jeep cash $37.000 and left very unhappy. The very next day I had the heated passenger seat on and it got so hot it burned, I had to shut it off. The following day after that the drivers side seat would not even work.
I took the Jeep to Somerset Chrysler where they said they would send someone out to my house to fix it as they could not fix it there. Someone came two days later to my house to fix it but after an hour and a half they were unable to so they told me they had to take it to their shop in Pawtucket. They returned it several hours later, now when you turn the seats on they get so hot they burn you so you have to shut them off. They only have and On and Off switch. Not what I wanted! I ordered and paid for fatory leather heated Sahara seats! Thats what i want! Now after paying $37.000 to Somerset Chrysler Jeep they wont even let me see the owner, I am told every excuse in the book.
They shook my hand when they got the money, had the Jeep one day and now they wont return my call when I called about problem with seats, so I had to drive back there several times and told them I refused to leave until I was seen by owner. The owner couldn't care less about my situation he only said this is what we will do for you, we will send it back to the GENERIC after market place and have the seats fixed. No, that is not what I paid for or ordered or agreed to. I want FACTORY SAHARA seats! Then on top of it all my BILL OF SALES reads 2014 Jeep Wrangler Utility Gray USED!!!!
They did not care to locate the jeep that I thought I was getting and get it shipped to this dealership, instead they cut costss at MY expense and gave me aftermarket leather interior and aftermarket heated seats that dont even have heat on the BACK of the seat or a toggle switch for low, medium and high settings. All I want is the jeeop that I asked for a Sahara Unlimited with FACTORY black leather interior and original heated seats with switched on the dashboard like it shows in the manual!! They are not willing to give me this after THEIR salesman FAILED to communicate this with me when I was purchasing the vehicle! After speaking with him directly he even admitted "I didnt know thats what they were going to do!" A simple solution and they wont even budge to fix their mistake! Justice needs to be served!
