Sonia G Thompson Hodgin, Sonia G Hodgin, Hodgin Homes Llc, Ect She stole money from me Tucson Arizona
I was in the interest to purchase my first home when I ran across a real estate agent Sonia G. Thompson-Hodgins. I did research regarding her and found that she had good references and I had gained trust in her. Since this was my first time buying a home I was somewhat nieve to the situation and was very excited about purchasing my new home. I was in touch with Sonia almost everyday searching to find my dream home, her and I had gained somewhat of a friendship in the 9 months that we were searching for a home. We had found several properties I was interested in and she took me to every property that she thought I'd be interested in.
In February 2008 approximately on the 11th I withdrew $3000 from my account and gave it to Sonia to help with any closing costs and fees when we found a home. Again in May I withdrew another $3000 from my account because Sonia said that it would cost me in the range of $6000 dollars to have a down payment and closing/opening costs for any house that I choose.
Finally in June of 2008 we found the "perfect" home. Sonia stated that I would be charged $1100 per month for my mortgage and then the price would be dropped to $800 per month due to the fact that it would be in her name with a promise to transfer within my name within two years at the same cost. Sonia promised a lot of amenities such as a new fence that was constantly falling down around my back yard I had to build a new one partially, a built-in swimming pool, and a new A/C and a fridge with an ice maker.
The day I moved in I never saw Sonia in person again. Every time I called her(if she would answer) she always had some reason to get me off the phone. The house that I moved into was literally falling apart around me and was infested with termites and ants/roaches and I had to repair these problems. After I moved in I waited about one month to get my contract in writing and was unsuccessful at this.
After four months of fighting to get my contract and lease agreement I was fed up and contacted my lawyer. my lawyer advised me to get out. I decided to get my stuff and leave, feeling that I was part of a criminal scam. About 3 days after I vacated the premises I drove back to the residence to see that Sonia had put a FOR RENT sign up, renting for $1100 per month. I tried to contact Sonia to get my money back and have found that to be unsuccessful as well. That is the reason I am turning to a lawsuit to recoup my damages. Do not trust her in any way shape or form!!! (she only looks sweet and innocent) also she has been convicted of theft by control class 6 of a BMW.

This person is false and takes no responsibility for her actions. It shows that even in "your regulations" that says strictly not to report false information but also violated "your terms" by putting out my home address and phone number to the public. This is not only slander but unethical. The information is incorrect and can provide evidence along with copies of so called damages. This person has violated all terms along with confidentiality which is a legal matter. Her accusation of a case is not in her matter and can not verify any or the above accusations she is pleading. Please remove this immediately!
