Just so everyone knows what is going on with our dog that was suppose to come home to us. After an exhausting day I got a nasty message sent via facebook from our ''breeder'' of the pup. Pretty much telling me to go f**k myself and causing a scene because I would not pay a bill that was never mentioned or on her policy and contracts. She then took the dog and is selling him for the original price ...and refused to sell him to us for that priced that was agreed upon.
 

I had made a 100 dollar deposit on an all black puppy litter (with the mother dog's info, etc on my written paperwork) so the puppy could be reserved. The puppy was born in June and 3 days later we went to visit the puppy & every other week thereafter to bond with the dog. The week that we didn't go up to visit I would contact the breeder asking how the pup is and showed care and concern on the well-being of the dog as a responsible pet owner.
 
The puppy was to be seen at the breeder's vet at to be neutered upon contract which we agreed to. The vet visit would constantly be changed and the same with the supposed pick up date for the dog (this happened at least 5 times with little to no communication to myself nor my husband) While the breeder was doing microchip information and paperwork she went over how much I owed which was 500 dollars for the dog (all pups are 600 dollars so minus our 100 dollar deposit would equal 500) an additional 50 dollars for a shampoo kit and whatever the cost of the pups neuter vet bill. We were both in agreement with this.
 
2 days before the dog was to go to the vet after the 4th time it was changed she then awares me that the dog would have an extra bill of 151.20 added to him because he came from a C-section litter. This was never brought up in the past meetings-discussions with her only until 2 days before the dog was supposedly to come home. I then looked at her website, contract-policy info and it states nothing about the customer being responsible for any C-section vet bills. She had said it slipped her mind because she was so busy and that the website is ''suppose to say the customer is responsible for C-section vet bills'' I then told her I would not pay for the extra bill and to put the dog back to available and had mentioned the fact that it was never brought up-talked about. She said that she would work it out and fix it and to wait until the vet visit.
 
I then messaged her again before the dog was going to the vet and questioned the extra money and she said I was responsible for it. She did nothing to help us out even though she was ''determined to fix the problem and work it all out that she didn't want us to lose out on the pup'' Never happened.
 
I was contacted today after she didnt speak to me for weeks (9/2/13) and she asked me again to pay 151.20 I then said No. She then became furious and annoyed also extremely vulgar and kept swearing at me up and down like a child. Claiming also that I didn't love the dog and I didn't care, not to waste her dogs time or her time. If I had cared I would have payed the extra money. This woman pretty much tried to squeeze extra money out of me today when her intentions were to sell the dog for the original price.
 

This breeder tried to take an extra 151.20 even after I said NO. She couldn't obviously sell the dog to anyone because she did post him up as available on her facebook account and no-one would pay for him at the price she was trying to ask.
 
Her last conversation with me stated that she was going to sell the dog to someone for the regular price of 600 dollars and not charge for the C-section nor his neuter bill and would not give me that price. She also made very foul language remarks towards me. I was even nice enough to transfer to another litter at first but not after all of this. I want my deposit back (which I know won't happen) and move on.
 

Watch out for ''breeders'' I've never dealt with so much bulls**t before like this. It has been an emotional rollercoaster.  I really hope that I never have to deal with anything like this again. This is obviously someone who is hard up for money and has no concern of interest or well-being of the dog.  For someone to say I don't care is such a personal attack on both me and my husband when she sells her dogs to people who know nothing about the breed. I've owned and researched this breed for over 5 years. I think I have a clue on what I'm doing here thank you very much. Very unprofessional and it's apparent this woman is pumping out way too many puppies at a time if she is ''too busy'' to communicate to someone about something so important. Bad business and very disappointed.

 First off Sonia you did have your customers go out of the way by making a public facebook post calling me a b***h and to ask them to post which I printed before you deleted. Which is why I am also having my friends defend me and my case. I have not personally contacted you. Unlike you sending me private messages on the complaint board which I refuse to respond directly to you. Your customers also have no clue who I am, never spoke to me, and have absolutely no right to belittle me and call me a bad dog owner when they have no clue of the situation that happened. Which they did and I also printed from them making false allegations. You can absolutely send a dog officer to my home. I own 2 dogs..both of which are taken care of and have clean vet bills.

 

I have not personally contacted you. I refuse to answer your messages directly even though you tried to add me as a friend after you blocked me then unblocked me. I blocked you and your daughters so I wouldn't have to deal with nonsense. I refuse to take down a listing that is entirely true what happened to me and my husband. But for you to be barking threats about me taking down information off a site is not going to happen. I have the right to express what happened in truth.

 

If you say your customers have the right to post that's fine. So do my friends who are defending me as a person. I have not communicated nor know any of your customers. Some of your customers are actually making you look bad by acting like a bunch of children calling people childish names like ''miss stupid a*s'' not the most classiest thing to do. Same goes. It's being a hypocrite to pick and choose who has the right of an opinion to speak. I've told you not once, not twice, but several times to not contact me. I have kept my promise to not make any direct contact. I would advise you to do the same.

first of all Courtney my customers are not going out of their way ..you posted this site and they are past and new customers posting on something YOU STARTED... UNLIKE YOU having your friends that i don't know, never met, never talked to, never did business with contacting me harassing me going out of their way to start trouble with stuff of dog officers and junk maybe i can send them to your house too...im kennel licensed and inspected ... i already went to the police department this afternoon to file complaints. you don't want no contact then delete the sites... i deleted everything like i said i would this site is active so is the other one and as long as they run people have the right AS CUSTOMERS to post not fake me out people and 19 years olds with drinks in their hands telling me how horrible i am be cuz i sware or my spelling sucks... that don't know anything about nothing going out of their way starting trouble.. i want nothing to do with you... i told you in a nice email Wednesday to go our sepret ways but then all your little friends now are chasing me harassing

you know after all this s**t i figured hey we would cool off talk about it then move on and you had to go post stupid s**t on web sites... i really liked you guys..its too bad...i wasnt even upset you moved to another litter hey i understand budgets..bit to take it all on me like all those people that do s**t like that you would say i wouldnt do that and you went and posted to scam report WOW i guess we live and learn...im used to this s**t but im in shock it came from you..i am so mad i want to throw out the s**t you gave to my kids..thats how shocked and upset i am with you..its about money and stinging you along thats so mest up...i blocked you cuz i didnt want to say s**t back and forth i was not gona get over if this got worse...you should have let it go i would have sold you another pup cuz i really liked you guys...or even sold you that pup with out the bill..BUT i did say im sorry i spaced out repeating the bill every time you came over..i didnt remember it till i was doing the billz...but what ever i really dont want this s**t to go any foward remove the posts and i'll remove mine we either cool off and stay friends or go our sepret ways either way i dont want to keep fighting...ball is on you now...

I have purchased two pups from Nanukeshihtzu and I have never been happier Sonia the breeder was very helpful she took the time to explain the contract.. She helped me throughout the process from start to finish..I will continue to purchase my pups through her. She loves her dogs as well as the pups and will take the time to match you with the right pups. I have nothing but good things to say about Nanukeshihtzu and how yhe buisness is running. Very careing and the love you feel when you first walk in the door
...speaks for it's self...

I purchased my pup Zac from Sonia and never had any issues. She is just who she is, she is just honest and to the point. She know what she is doing, plain and simple. Zac is the best dog ever, he came paper trained, has such a calm and perfect personality, and that is due to Sonia's work. I know everyone has budgets, but if you can't afford an extra $150, how are you going to provide future vet care, food and basic supplies that the puppy needs? I had to pay the extra $150, and that was fine. I have a beautiful little puppy. If you actually take the time to look on the internet and check other breeders prices, they are selling for about $1, 200. Sonia gave us a carrier, and all kinds of supplies to come home with, I honestly don't know how she makes money either. Knowing myself, if I had visited a pup for that long, I would have fallen in love with it, and I couldn't have just walked away from it for $150, so that makes me wonder if you ever really wanted it for a pet at all. Sonia is awesome, has a great 20 year reputation, and I would not hesitate to buy another pup from her. This is going a little overboard, slandering someone online. Be a woman and just walk away from the situation and move on, you are only making yourself sound like you have sour grapes, and you are not going to hurt her business, because if she was that terrible, she wouldn't still be in business after 20 years!

I think this person is delusional. .I have had my puppy Gyzmo for five years and we are always welcome to come and visit anytime. . Sonia is always caring and upfront about everything. . Sonia you rock sistah

Sonia from nanukeshihtzu is a wonderful breeder. She's very honest about everything. She loves her puppies so much; if she sees someone shady, she wouldn't even sell it to the person. It's not fair to trash someone's entire business based on your own frustration. I bought two puppies from Sonia recently. I understand that the whole process takes a long time, beause from the time the litter the color you want is born, you wait 10 to 13 weeks to bring them home. If Sonia wasn't a reputable breeder, she could easily let people take the puppies when they are 8 weeks old and save all the moneyand effort from feeding them, cleaning after them, and checking on their health. That shows her commitment of breeding healthy puppies. Another simple reason is thet she's the most popular shih tzu breeder in Mass. People get on waiting lists to buy puppies from her including a lot of return customers and referrals. If that doesn''t speak of how good of a breeder she is, I don't know what does. I was also impressed by the amount of paperwork she provided and the professionalism of those paperwork. I would definitely recommend everyone who's looking to get a shih tzu from Sonia. Her prices and support are so excellent, I would absolutely get puppies from her again!

I bought a dog from Sonia and my friend has bought 5. Listen Courtney if you want the best dog you will buy from Sonia but now that you talked s**t you won't get one. Good you have an evil spirit that doesn't deserve a great dog like this . By the way the people that buy dogs from Sonia consider her family so not only did you mess with her but you messed with the whole Nanuke Shih Tzu community karma will get you ! If the dog ends up biting you, you deserve it eventually !

Ok miss stupid a*s I have my own mouth Sonia doesn't ask anyone to fight her battles we as customers are stating that we have had a wonderful experience and if u can't see that then your just as stupid as your acting u f**ked up and lost the opportunity to get an awesome pup and now your kicking yourself in the a*s and by the way if you couldn't afford an extra 150 then u shouldn't own a pet!!!

sonia is one of the best breeders out there.i adopted chewie (then Jadah) from her in janurary. she was a retired brreder that was done having babies. at somepoint in time there was an issue with her left eye. she made sure that when she went to the vet to be fixed that they took a closer look at her eye to make sure everything was ok. when the vet called her to tell her that it needed to come out the first thing she did was to let me know. as she was on the phone with the vet she was texting me. there was no surprises for me with added charges.she had even stated that there may be added charges she just wouldnt know util the vet looked. chewie was fine after that, she went to sonias to recover from spaying and eye removal. she always kept me updated on how she was everyday. when it was time for stitch removal Sonia felt that she needed to stay in longer which ment longer until i could bring her home. I was with that because i knew that she was doing what was best for her. I live over an hr away and would have been devastated if i had brought her home and something would have happened. I was glad that she was with Sonia so that if anything did happen that she was near the vet that had done the surgery. she was there a few more days and Sonia saw that chewie was ready to come home. stitches and all. she gave me the option to come get her and bring her back to get the stitches out. she offered that. with no pressure from me at all. 
she cares for all those babies like they were her own children. chewie has the best little personality and is so calm. in fact all the dogs that i met when i went to meet chewie were all great.. Sonia knows what she is doing. and she is who she is and that's why she is the best..wouldn't go anywhere else for a puppy or older dog adoption.

 This woman blocked me on Labor Day after she was being harassing contacting me, because I defended myself after she called me every name in the book and used foul language for absolutely no reason. The only reason..because I refused to pay for an extra charge that was never agreed upon. I mentioned more than once that I would NOT pay for this dog with an extra charge and to put him back up to available. This charge was brought to my attention only a few days before the dog was suppose to come home because she forgot to tell us.  She told me she would fix it and to wait until the vet visit so she could work it all out. I also did pay a 100 dollar deposit which I have proof of. 60 dollars was given when I first met her back in April and the 40 dollars was given in June (3 days after the puppy was born)

    actually all the adds say Our babys are 600.00 unless picks of the litters the co-owner wants to sell to pay off their contract which can be 800-1000 but that is special pups...

     

    its also suppost to say vet treatments like c-sections
