Complaint Review: SONIA PICCIONE ADORED PETS VACATION HOME

This isn't so much a "rip-off" report as a DANGER report. Sonia will not take good care of your pets. My two dogs spent a mere four days in her "vacation home" last fall. Before leaving them with her, I asked abobut fleas and ticks. She assured me that "if they don't come with anything, they won't leave with anything. That was a LIE! They came home covered with dozens of ticks, of several different species. The ticks infested my home and it took a professional exterminator to get rid of them. But that's not the bad part. They also infected both dogs with a serious and potentially chronic and/or fatal tick-borne disease called erlichiosis. They are being treated now, but we don't know if they will ever recover. It is a nightmare.

STAY AWAY from this place at all costs! Your pets are not safe here!
