Complaint Review: Sonic Drive In

 My husband and I went to Sonice Drive In, located on Memorial Dr in Greenville, NC. We ordered four all beef premium hotdogs and two value drinks, the hot dogs were $1.99 for one and the drinks was $1.19 for one, so my calcuation came up to ruff $10.20 plus tax so maybe $11.00 bucks or so, but the managers total was $15.60 so when I called it to his attention he couldnt tell my why my bill was so high, he just corrected it!! no problems no harm, no foul so I thought!! After we got our food my husbands hot dogs were beef and mines were not!!

at the beginning of our order I made sure that we placed BEEF hot dogs because we do not eat pork period. so after i took a bite of my swine dog, I knew it was incorrect and I examined my husbands hot dogs and his were fine, so I examined my second hot dog and I noticed the ripped end of the dog and the same on the first, so I took it back to the manager that took our orders and asked him do they always rip Coney hot dogs and sever them as beef and he said no but I did with your order and I asked him why would he do that if I told him we dont eat pork and ordered beef hot dogs,

and he could give me no reason why he did that but he did tell me that he can replace the order and I said that if you could of gave me beef in the first place why did you serve me pork hot dogs and again he couldnt give me answer for my question, again he said he can remake the order and I told him no I want my money back and I was filing a compliant againt him. I do not advice anybody to eat there and I can only imagine how many people he ripped off that day that did not caught him and what he done to the food of the ones that did!!
