As we have repeatedly told you, you can get your money back as soon as you send back the product.

As we have already said, we are not to charge you $25 for testing if the item is in fact in the conditions that you say. But for that we need to be able to see the product. It only make sense that in order to prove your point, you would show physical proof to us, that is the product itself.

Send it back and you have your money back. We have already told you this several times. If the item is blown, "registered", and so on, we will be more than happy to cover you for the shipping expenses, after it has been inspected by us, that means that you first need to send it back.

1. Soundstream does not keep track of serial numbers, though they do allow you to register a product. And THAT information is not disclosed to an installer or consumers.

2. Testing fee ONLY applies, when the item returned is tested and proved NOT to be defective. But we need to get it back before we tell you that you could be charge that amount. If you had someone certifying that it was blown, then probably the item was not going to be subjected to that fee.

3. You need to return the item first, if you want a refund. Our 30 day policy allows you to send it back for a refund - IF YOU GO BEYOND THAT TIME, YOU CANNOT SEND IT BACK. THEN, there is repair policy for 1 year. READ POLICIES BEFORE YOU COMMIT TO A PURCHASE

4. Return shipping cost is at your expense.

5. If you do not like our service, then item has manufacturer warranty, Contact the maker: www.soundstream.com

6. IF YOU WANTED A REFUND YOU NEEDED TO RETURN THE ITEM BACK. DON'T EXPECT A REFUND AND KEEPING THE ITEM.

7. BBB dispute has been closed.

JUST SO YOU KNOW, IF YOU OVERWORK YOUR SUBWOOFERS RIGHT WHEN YOU INSTALL THEM AND PUT THE GAIN OF OUR AMP TO THE HIGHEST WITH BARELY HOURS OF INSTALLATION, MORE THAN LIKELY YOU WILL BLOW UP THE SUBS COIL... AND ***THAT*** IS RESULT OF YOUR FAULTY IGNORANCE...

SO IF YOUR INSTALLER INSTALLED IT AND YOU MESSED IT UP, IT'S YOU FAULT...YOU ADMITTED IT THAT YOU INSTALLED IT. A PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER IS ABLE TO TELL OF A BLOWN SUB BY JUST LOOKING AND SMELLING IT, NO NEED OF INSTALLATION.
