Complaint Review: Sonic Payday - Coastline Credit

I called e-care the company who takes care of Sonic Payday. I talked to a Bre WAlker first. She was unwilling to work anything out and demanded total payment. Told me I had until tomorrow to send it. Or they would bring a judgement against me and I would have to pay all costs. She told me I was refusing to pay and I told her I was not refusing I asked for a physical address to mail a money order and she told me they only accepted western union payments. She talked and wouldn't stop long enough to listen to anything I had to say.

I asked her to wait until next payday but she refused to consider that. I must admit because of her unwillingness to listen I hung up on her.

I then called back and got a hold of a man(?) named Mr McKinneas or Mc Kinney it was like he didn't really want to tell me his name.

He also made threats to bring judgement and to take my paycheck I told him the same thing I told Walker I was not refusing to pay but I just needed to make payments or would he wait until next payday and he could have it all. He said NO, you have until tomorrow. He wouldn't give me a physical address either. He did tell me that they don't accept money orders and if I sent one it would be logged onto my account but it wouldn't be cashed; does that make sense??

He also told me that if I paid the amount due by Friday then I could re-loan with them the same day. Don't you know that I would have taken leave of all my better judgement if I did that. Too bad I didn't think to check here before applying with them..

I did finally get a western union code from him. Can you beleive that one piece of email I got them has a Ireland pyhscial address. Any way if you need it is SonicPayday 18/19 College Green Dublin 2, Ireland

Western union is Coastline, code city Sonic, code state is Texas

I called my attorney and he told me not to pay them. So guess we will go the next step.
