SONICPAYDAY-MICHELLE, JASON DILLON Repeatedly told me I was qualified to reloan to help me thru some hard times! NOW, they say their policy has changed AFTER I SENT THEM THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN! I'M COMPLETELY BROKE AND THEY SAY THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT RIPOFF SONIC, TEXAS

SONICPAYDAY-MICHELLE, JASON DILLON Repeatedly told me I was qualified to reloan which I have for the past 6 months or so; to help me thru some hard times!! NOW, they say their policy has changed AFTER I SENT THEM THE WHOLE AMOUNT OF THE LOAN! I'M COMPLETELY BROKE AND THEY SAY THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT... THEY ONLY LOAN IF... IF YOU HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT! AND DID NOT NOTIFIY ANYONE! THEY ARE NOW IN THE PROCESS! SONIC, TEXAS SONIC, TEXAS

I have loaned with this company for the past year!!

I have always paid them back and reloaned every single time! NOW, after having been a good customer and paying them back... they slap me in the face and say NO, NOW YOU CAN'T RELOAN... no letter, no notice that they have changed their poliicy... we only loan IF YOU HAVE DIRECT DEPOSIT, which I don't have and can't get set up now that THEY HAVE MY WHOLE PAYCHECK!!!

If I had some previous notice I could have set up direct deposit or could have paid have the loan out of one paycheck and half out of the next one... HOW CAN A COMPANY JUST CHANGE THEIR POLICY AND NOT SAY ANYTHING!!

NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SERV ICE LET ME KNOW... NOT THE REPRESENTATIVE I SPOKE WITH WHEN MAKING' THE FULL PAYMENT... NO ONE!!!
