Complaint Review: SonicPayday - PRL Direct - CTC (cash Transfer Center)

The HR department is so paranoid about outsiders really seeing what they are all about, they will go against people who they think are out to get them.
These are adults that are supposed to be there and supportive of their staff, but unfortunately favortism and brown nosing seem to be more important to some of them as apposed to a hard working employee who is just trying to do a good job and please those around you.
I thought that the privacy act was in place for a reason, but not here people. When the HR department gets together for their many expensive and written off lunches that last for hours, there is no limit to what they will talk about. Well of course unless you are new to the HR department, they'll feel you out for a while first.

Someone in the HR department said something to me about a specific department at the company, I didn't like the comment, but said nothing in return only because this person was above me. Later on she emailed me a question concerning the department that she had made the comment about and I responded by repeating what her comment was.
This this person turned around and printed off my email and brought it to her supervisors attention as if I was the one making the comment about this particular department.

I was completely discusted that a grown woman could be so immature and insecure about her own future with the company, that she would brown nose her way to making it look as though she was sifting out the negative staff.
Believe me, this woman is the most negative person that I have ever worked with. She is always worried and concerned about herself and she doesn't hide it, but when it comes to someone else she could care less.

I've seen her play the plastic role and she's pretty good. These are the people that are running the show at this company, no wonder so many people are complaining about poor service, look how unhappy their staff are, plus the company is so desperate for staff, alot of their staff are not even qualified or even speak broken english. This is supposed to be a financial institute, no? They keep them their only because the pay is not too bad, but you need to grow thick skin to put up with what goes on around there.

It's amazing when someone big in the company can hire their daughter and then pay her with the company's money to go shoe shopping for their other child. I was told clearly that the company has grown so big that it's no longer about the people, and that it's about the money.
I feel sorry for alot of the customers that are out there, there have been so many complaints that I can't even imagine how long these companies will last out there. I only hope that all the good people that are there will have a bright future where ever that is.
