Sonicpayday ripoff? WOW!! after reading these complaints, I have to thank each and every one of you. I was just about ready to apply for a simple $100.00 for some medications!! NOT NOW!!!! Somewhere In Canada Or Ireland nationwide
Once again, I would like to thank-you all for updating me on this company. I have used other web-sites (2) to secure small loans, and their APR was like $25.00 and $30.00 on the notes. Yeah your right about "Shark's" they won't bust your kneecap or break your arm for a measley $100.00, not worth it to them. Hey "wanna be Captain" it sure must be nice to be rich and have one of your idiots respond to something like this,Huh????? Anyway's Thank-you all once again..

Yes these are all the same company. They are all branches of E-Care Contact Services. I've heard everyone refer to this company and being located in Ireland, Canada and the US. The company its self is located in Canada. The address in the US is just a mailbox and the address in Ireland is for their "Finals" dept.
I am a ex-employee who just recently left the company as I did not feel what they call "business" was honest. The customer Service reps whom you call in and talk to, to see if your docs have been received have scripted rebuttals that they are required to read to you when you call in and are upset at the fact your documents have not yet been received. Not to mention, when a customer asks to speak with a supervisor and is transfered to one. You are not actually speaking with a supervisor, you are actually speaking to another rep who plays the role.
I you do have any complaints in regards to the way this company does business. Don't waste your time bitching about it. Do something about it!
